Dennis Franks, Executive Vice President of Domestic and International Sales
Having helped develop the Mall Without Walls™ and the Preferred Customer program, Dennis’ focus is now on global sales. He also supports Market America’s health professional program, nutraMetrix®, and the ultimate weight management program, Transitions Lifestyle System®. Additionally, he is charged with evolving Market America University in the field to increase product diversity within Customer Manager organizations. Dennis was the offensive center on the University of Michigan’s “Team of the Decade” for most wins and later played in the NFL for six seasons, helping to build the Philadelphia Eagles 1981 Super Bowl team. After football, Dennis became one of the few to earn over $1 million in commissions a year owning a home-based business.
 
Lydia Martinez, Executive Director
With a family history afflicted by serious health conditions, ranging from type 2 diabetes to heart disease, Lydia’s father was no exception. She was forced to suffer alongside him as a major heart attack struck when he was only 48. Then, just 10 years later, Lydia lost her father to what some would consider circumstance. However, she used this as motivation to take charge of her own health. Over the last decade, Lydia has worked incredibly hard to stay fit, active and healthy. In fact, she is so passionate about fitness and weight loss that she has made it a career – educating others about wellness as a certified personal trainer. Having experienced unbelievable personal success through her drive and determination, Lydia is also a firm believer in adding supplements to any fitness regimen for enhanced results. The first time she was introduced to the Transitions Lifestyle System®, she immediately recognized the benefits of such a complete approach to wellness. Now, not only does Lydia follow the system, but she recommends it to all her clients – including her own mother – who dramatically dropped from a size 20 to a size 12.

Jeremy Fennema, Director of Internet Services & Training
Director of Internet Services & Training Jeremy holds a Bachelors of Science in Physics and Math, completed graduate work in Biophysics & Biochemistry at the University of Illinois & Johns Hopkins University, and has a varied background, from being a US Army counter-intelligence agent, to an E-business Integration Specialist for GE. Jeremy currently focuses on helping individuals become successful UnFranchise Business owners both through the WebCenter program and the new maCapital Resources division, while developing new Internet products and services for Market America worldwide.
 
Lisa Kostka, Certified Motives® Trainer
Lisa is a multitalented leader in the cosmetics industry with over 23 years experience in a variety of capacities. She has trained more than 26 cosmetics teams on the finer points of sales and application, as well as proper skincare techniques. Along the way, she has developed numerous sets of training materials and manuals. Her biggest area of expertise, and her passion, is with Custom Blend products, with which she has 15 years of experience.
