Jim Winkler, Vice President of Sales for Market America It didn’t take long for him to become a full-time UnFranchise Owner, and within a couple short years, Jim hit Director, on his way to eventually hitting Field Vice President. Now he has accepted the position of Vice President of Sales for Market America. Throughout the past 13 years, Jim’s role has continued to evolve, working closely with corporate as a representative for the Field while presenting to fellow UFOs at many corporate trainings and events. He will help bridge the gap between corporate and the Field while his focus will be to build upon all the initiatives that corporate has in place — especially regarding technology advances and social media. With a passion for combining the old with the new, Jim wants to take what’s at the very core of the business (one-to-one relationships with customers) and integrate new ways of reaching out to people, harnessing the power of the Internet, social media, networking, viral videos and webinar trainings.
